Responsibilities
- Assist in patient admission/discharge processes during overnight hours
- Support clinical staff with documentation using Epic EHR systems
- Monitor patient vitals and alert medical teams of critical changes
- Coordinate lab results and diagnostic test scheduling
- Participate in interdisciplinary shift handover protocols
- Maintain inventory for emergency medical supplies
- Document patient observations using standardized SOAP notes
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited healthcare program (Nursing, Med Tech, Health Admin)
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with relevant coursework
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10PM-6AM)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and healthcare software
- Strong attention to detail in documentation
- Pass background check and drug screening
