- Drive prototyping and validation of next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech pioneers and research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, Quantum, Biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level strategic planning and execution skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to commercialization
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, ICP)
