Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping, testing, and scaling emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to commercial launch
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech sector
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future trends
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
