Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation pipeline, identifying emerging tech trends in quantum, AI, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis using proprietary AI-powered market intelligence tools
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of 5 specialists
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and at global tech conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 2 breakthrough products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent presentation skills with executive board experience
