Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via ticketing systems and in-person assistance
- Deploy and configure hardware including workstations, printers, and network equipment
- Assist with software installations, updates, and license management
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventory records
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and data protection protocols
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals

- Valid California driver's license preferred for equipment transport
