Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to 200+ employees across Indiana offices
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS workstations and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper)
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and threat monitoring
- Participate in cross-departmental tech improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Associate/Bachelor's in IT, CS, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS administration
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Available 20-25 hours/week during academic terms
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (preferred)
