Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 IT support for internal systems and end-user devices
- Assist with network monitoring and security incident response
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate on cloud infrastructure projects (AWS/Azure)
- Participate in weekend system maintenance and upgrade deployments
- Support hardware/software lifecycle management
- Conduct vulnerability scans and security audits
- Mentor junior interns during on-call rotations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Available for weekend shifts (minimum 16 hours/week)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- US citizenship or work authorization required
