Responsibilities
- Design and deploy proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) with advanced reasoning and multimodal capabilities.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and ethicists to ensure alignment with 2026 vision goals.
- Establish frameworks for AI safety, interpretability, and regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving landscape.
- Optimize computational efficiency for next-gen hardware architectures and quantum interfaces.
- Define the technical roadmap for the integration of autonomous systems into global infrastructure.
- Collaborate with hardware partners to co-design AI chips and accelerators.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and AI governance.
