Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and oversee the development of scalable neural network architectures specifically engineered for the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a high-performance research team in exploring cutting-edge methodologies in deep learning and reinforcement learning.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate AI models into cohesive, real-time operational systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Strategic Vision: Translate complex technical requirements into actionable architectural blueprints that align with the company's long-term '2026 Vision'.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency to ensure production-grade stability.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks (CUDA, cuDNN).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex algorithmic issues and innovate solutions for ambiguous challenges.
