Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical 2026 AI Roadmap, aligning long-term vision with quarterly deliverables.
- Design and implement scalable Neural Network Architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Agentic Workflows into core product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into robust engineering solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure data security, ethical AI usage, and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience leading technical strategy and architectural decisions.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
