Job Description
We are building the future of intelligence. As we approach the year 2026, the boundary between biological and artificial cognition is dissolving. Nexus Future Labs is looking for a visionary Lead AI Architect to design the neural infrastructure that will power the next generation of autonomous systems.
In this pivotal role, you will not simply be managing models; you will be architecting the cognitive backbone of our enterprise solutions. You will work on cutting-edge multimodal systems, scalable LLM deployments, and ethical AI frameworks that redefine human-machine interaction. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in a multi-agent environment, this is your opportunity to lead the charge.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructures capable of handling real-time multimodal inference for enterprise clients.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for specific industry verticals.
- Design and oversee the deployment of autonomous AI agents within cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Establish MLOps pipelines for continuous training, evaluation, and model versioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to integrate ethical AI principles and bias mitigation strategies.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI evolution, anticipating trends such as Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Quantum Machine Learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art transformer models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and high-performance computing clusters.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
