Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive ethical frameworks for AI models, specifically focusing on bias mitigation, fairness, and accountability.
- Collaborate directly with Research Scientists and ML Engineers to integrate ethical constraints into the training pipeline.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments on new AI capabilities before deployment to ensure public safety.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or a related field with a focus on Ethics/AI.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI ethics, policy development, or regulatory compliance within the tech industry.
- Deep technical understanding of Machine Learning models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning architectures.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable policy recommendations.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing technical roadmaps.
