Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, fault-tolerant systems utilizing the 2026 Neural Core framework.
- Lead a cross-functional team of backend engineers and data scientists to deliver production-ready features.
- Optimize data pipelines for high-velocity neural network training and inference.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for scalability and security.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate technical requirements into architectural roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Proven track record of leading high-scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with the 2026 Core framework or similar next-gen AI stacks is a major plus.
