Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of the 2026 strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision.
- Design scalable microservices architectures and cloud-native solutions using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically AWS or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
