Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems that can handle high-volume data processing and AI inference.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Innovation & R&D: Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Ethical AI, Predictive Analytics, and Autonomous Agents.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and cloud infrastructure services to optimize performance and cost.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the AI or Machine Learning sector.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering high-impact projects from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
