Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Vision: Establish the architectural blueprint for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technological trends.
- Lead R&D Efforts: Spearhead research into neural architectures and generative AI models to achieve breakthrough performance metrics by 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- System Scalability: Design systems that can handle petabyte-scale data processing with zero downtime and sub-millisecond latency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and product management to translate complex concepts into actionable development roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, and familiarity with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Focus: Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale Machine Learning models and neural networks.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct complex problems and design elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to diverse audiences.
