Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, robust, and secure systems for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Define and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on current and future projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and systems architecture.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively under pressure.
