- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-ready initiatives and innovation projects
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, speaking engagements, and industry publications
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
