Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026-2030 technology foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate disruptive concepts in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with data-driven impact assessments
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global innovation forums
- Integrate future intelligence into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and risk assessment
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities for executive and technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFMP) preferred
