Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and scientific breakthroughs to identify transformative opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core business models
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts through rapid innovation sprints
- Author compelling foresight reports and executive briefings that influence C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Design immersive scenario-planning workshops for stakeholders to navigate uncertainty
- Mentor junior futurists and drive a culture of forward-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D with proven impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI ethics, neurotech, space economy, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-facing initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex concepts into actionable insights
- Experience leading global teams across diverse cultural and industry contexts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell Foresight, Millenium Project)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and scenario modeling software
