Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive foresight frameworks identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare the organization for 2026 market evolutions and geopolitical shifts
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings translating complex future signals into actionable business strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Champion innovation culture by mentoring cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies and sustainable development pathways
- Represent the organization at global forums on future studies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Experience managing global research networks and cross-cultural collaboration
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
