Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 innovation strategy using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and validating disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Produce forward-looking market intelligence reports and competitive landscape assessments
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in futures thinking methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems and their commercial applications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or successful innovation implementations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
