Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum computing or neural interface technology
- Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Expertise in human-computer interaction design and cognitive ergonomics
- Deep understanding of blockchain, IoT, and decentralized systems
