Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight roadmaps for enterprise clients using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation strategies
- Design and implement AI-driven scenario planning models for complex market ecosystems
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, decentralized systems)
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Adv executive clients on disruptive business models and exponential growth opportunities
- Architect next-gen strategic frameworks combining human psychology with technological acceleration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD, WFS) preferred
