Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Visionary Program strategic framework, aligning exponential technologies with market evolution
- Lead cross-functional futurist teams to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Architect scenario-planning models that simulate future market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Pioneer industry-defining thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and executive workshops
- Establish global foresight networks with academic institutions, government bodies, and innovation hubs
- Integrate ethical foresight principles into all strategic initiatives, ensuring responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or equivalent with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level futurist initiatives with measurable market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology convergence forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and weak signal detection
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational foresight projects with tangible outcomes
