Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing social media content calendars across multiple platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using SEO tools and analytics dashboards
- Create engaging marketing collateral including blog posts, email newsletters, and ad copy
- Support email marketing campaigns through segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and compile weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with design team to produce visually compelling marketing assets
- Brainstorm and participate in creative strategy sessions for client projects
- Assist with local event planning and execution for community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital channels (no professional experience required)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, or social media tools is a plus
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and grammar
