Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat support during evening hours.
- Resolve technical inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Ensure high-quality service standards are met during peak night traffic.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Learn and utilize our internal software tools and reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Availability to work 3-4 shifts per week (including weekends and holidays).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for remote shifts.
