Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Log and track customer support tickets in our CRM system, ensuring every issue is documented and resolved according to our service level agreements.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction history, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with senior team members to escalate complex issues and share insights on customer trends.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying bottlenecks in current support workflows and suggest actionable improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Communications, or a related field (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable using computers and standard office software.
- Attitude: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Charlotte, NC.
