Responsibilities
- Execute Daily Operations: Assist in the smooth execution of weekend tasks and workflows to ensure business continuity.
- Customer Support: Handle incoming inquiries, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with our audience on social media platforms during peak weekend traffic.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input data into our CRM systems and generate weekly performance reports.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the full-time team to support special projects and weekend events.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field).
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) for part-time hours.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
