Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry and verification tasks with a 99.9% accuracy rate.
- Provide technical and customer support via chat and email during night hours.
- Monitor system logs and alert the senior engineering team to any anomalies.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of digital and physical records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night-shift workflow efficiency.
- Conduct basic market research and compile weekly performance reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, IT, or Communications.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
