Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for internal systems during overnight hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including firewalls and servers
- Document incident reports and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with global teams on system upgrades and patches
- Assist in cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Train on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps tools
- Participate in cross-departmental tech initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Available to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for on-call rotations
