Responsibilities
- Assist with patient admission/discharge processes during overnight hours
- Support electronic health record (EHR) data entry and verification
- Coordinate with night shift nursing teams for patient care needs
- Manage inventory and supply logistics for overnight operations
- Participate in quality assurance checks and documentation reviews
- Respond to patient inquiries and triage non-emergency requests
- Prepare daily shift reports for day team handover
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in healthcare-related program (pre-med, nursing, healthcare admin)
- Available for consistent night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
