Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 IT infrastructure monitoring and maintenance during night shifts
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and incident response procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in Agile development sprints for software deployments
- Conduct data analysis and generate performance reports
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using remote diagnostic tools
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (Computer Science, IT, Engineering preferred)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
