Responsibilities
- Collaborate: Work closely with senior software engineers and product managers to design, develop, and test software solutions.
- Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Debug: Identify and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks in existing applications.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and propose innovative technical solutions.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality standards.
- Meetings: Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to align with project goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- GPA: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (35-40 hours) for the duration of the summer internship (June - August).
