Responsibilities
- Support nightly inventory reconciliation and data entry in WMS systems
- Assist with warehouse receiving and quality control processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational efficiency projects
- Document daily operations and prepare shift reports
- Participate in safety compliance audits and training sessions
- Optimize material handling workflows using lean principles
- Support cross-docking operations and outbound shipment coordination
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program (any major)
- Availability to work 12am-8am shifts (4 nights/week minimum)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
