As an Intern on our night crew, you will be the bridge between our operational teams, ensuring critical tasks are completed efficiently during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Oversee and maintain internal systems and software applications to ensure 99% uptime during the night shift.
- Data Entry & Analysis: Process large volumes of data with high accuracy and generate preliminary reports for the morning team.
- Customer Support: Assist incoming inquiries via live chat and email support during our peak evening hours.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues reported by remote users.
- Documentation: Update logs and records regarding system performance and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (IT, Business, or Communications).
- Availability: Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (3rd Shift), 4 days per week.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and a strong work ethic.
