Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle software development including design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Jira
- Contribute to code reviews and documentation standards
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Develop solutions for real-world client challenges
- Present project outcomes to technical stakeholders
- Complete assigned training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong academic standing (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
