You will work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex issues, manage tickets, and optimize our infrastructure. Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to technical alerts and system notifications during the night shift hours.
- Manage and resolve incoming customer support tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal and external clients.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations in the knowledge base.
- Perform routine system backups and health checks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in networking, Linux/Windows administration, and cloud technologies.
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Familiarity with Python or SQL is a significant plus.
