Job Overview:
As a Night Shift Intern, you will be the backbone of our technical support operations. You will assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues for our clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming technical support tickets and emails during the night shift.
- Perform tier-one troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift support team to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and testing of internal systems and software patches.
- Provide remote support and guidance to clients with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to internal documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must be available to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux command lines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous internship experience or academic projects are a plus but not required.
