Responsibilities
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure code quality and team alignment.
- Testing: Develop unit tests and integration tests to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs reported by users or QA teams.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and update API specifications.
- Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and propose innovative solutions to technical problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Academics: Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++) and basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Tools: Experience with Git version control and familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 weeks during Summer or Fall 2024.
