Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Support the logistics and coordination team with inventory checks and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality protocols.
- Conduct shift handovers to ensure a seamless transition for the morning team.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance skill sets.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Associate’s or Bachelor’s).
- Available to work 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Night Shift).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of reliability and punctuality.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
