Responsibilities
- Monitor Data Pipelines: Oversee and report on data transfer activities during off-peak hours to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Conduct rigorous testing of software applications and data entry tasks to identify and rectify errors.
- Ticket Resolution: Assist the support team in triaging and resolving incoming technical tickets and user inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of daily operations, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for efficiency within the night shift workflow and propose actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic understanding of data entry principles.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
