Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Perform routine data entry, analysis, and verification tasks with high accuracy.
- Support the resolution of technical issues reported by internal stakeholders during off-hours.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of daily activities and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize nightly workflows.
- Participate in nightly stand-up meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
