Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and document solutions
- Collaborate with global teams on system updates and security protocols
- Support user accounts and access permissions via ITSM tools
- Perform system backups and data restoration procedures
- Assist with server maintenance and patch deployments
- Create technical documentation for knowledge base
- Participate in cross-departmental IT improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Proficient with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
