This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with flexible summer and fall start dates.
As an Intern, you will support our 24/7 operations, ensuring our infrastructure remains robust and efficient during evening hours. You will work directly with senior engineers, gaining exposure to real-world network management, system monitoring, and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues during night shift hours.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Provide Level 1 technical support and documentation for internal users.
- Perform regular data backups and system security audits.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking basics.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
