As an intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our 24/7 operations, ensuring that our clients receive uninterrupted service while supporting critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain internal IT systems and network infrastructure during overnight hours.
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets and assist end-users with software/hardware issues.
- Perform routine system backups, diagnostics, and security updates.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware for night-shift teams.
- Document technical procedures and resolutions in the knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (IT, Computer Science, or related field).
- Must be eligible to receive College Credit for this position.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Strong time management skills to handle the demands of a night shift schedule.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Virginia Beach.
