Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shift hours
- Resolve Tier 1 IT tickets via ticketing system and remote support tools
- Perform system backups, updates, and security scans
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Participate in disaster recovery drills and incident response
- Analyze system performance metrics and optimize configurations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks during off-hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (night shift commute)
- Available to work 4x10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM) weekly
