Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for remote employees and global clients
- Document incident reports and system performance metrics
- Assist with cybersecurity vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Participate in rotating on-call duties for critical incidents
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work 40 hours/week (11 PM - 7 AM schedule)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
