Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware/software issues during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including servers and cloud systems
- Document incident tickets, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cybersecurity protocols
- Deploy and configure workstations for new employees
- Participate in disaster recovery simulations
- Assist with system patching and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university pursuing IT/Computer Science degree
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity concepts
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Eligible to receive academic credit through your institution
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
