Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Resolve Tier 1-2 IT support tickets for enterprise systems
- Execute scheduled system patches and security updates
- Document technical procedures and incident reports
- Collaborate with day-shift teams on cross-functional projects
- Participate in disaster recovery drills and system backups
- Assist with hardware installations and preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, IT, or related bachelor's program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
